If You Want to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Fabulery account and all associated data. Deletion is irreversible.
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion cannot be undone. All your progress, scores, learned words and sticker collection will be permanently removed.
Data That Is Deleted
Deletion is executed server-side and all of the following is removed immediately and permanently:
- Your user account — your Firebase identifier (UID), e-mail address and sign-in method. After deletion you can no longer sign in with this account.
- Your profile information — name/display name, profile photo link, preferences
- All your progress — level, experience points, completed stories and scenes, FabuWords chapters, Lessons, Exercises, Daily Puzzle, TilkoLand and Quests
- Your word learning history — learned / to-learn / confused word lists, word scores and error counts
- In-game virtual items — gold, gems, feathers, hint and axe credits (these have no monetary value and are not refundable)
- Reward and streak records — daily login streak, wheel/reward history, season progress
- Your collections — stickers and unlocked backgrounds
- Your publicly visible records — your rows in the league tables (name + score) and the profile card shown in friend search. After deletion these are no longer visible to other users either.
- Your friends list
- Any translation feedback you submitted
- Your notification token — no notifications will be sent to this device after deletion
- Your local record on this device — your encrypted progress file, downloaded content cache and app preferences
Data Retained After Deletion
After deletion, no data that can be linked to your account remains in our systems. To be transparent, the following are exceptions:
- Crash reports (only if you consented): If you enabled analytics/crash reporting in the app, crash records created before deletion may remain in Google Crashlytics for its retention period (typically 90 days) and are then deleted automatically. If you never enabled this setting, no such records exist.
- Anonymous aggregate statistics: Totals that cannot be linked to your identity and cannot be reversed to an individual.
- Legal records: Records that must be kept to comply with legal obligations, if any, for the legally required period only.
When you uninstall the app from your device, all local files belonging to the app are removed by the operating system.
🔐 Re-authentication required: Account deletion is a sensitive operation. If your session is more than a few minutes old, you will be asked to sign in again before anything is deleted. Simply repeat the deletion right after signing in.
How to Delete
Method 1: On This Page
Sign in to your account below — with Google or with the email/password you registered in the game.
After signing in, click the "Permanently Delete My Account" button.
Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog. Your data will be permanently deleted.
Sign in first to delete your account:
Using a guest account? Guest (anonymous) accounts are tied to your device and cannot be deleted from this page. Use the in-app path Settings → Delete Account (Method 2).
Method 2: Inside the App
Open the Fabulery app and tap the settings icon on the home screen.
In the settings menu, tap "Delete Account".
Tap "Yes, Delete" in the confirmation dialog.
Method 3: Request by Email
If you cannot use the methods above (for example, you no longer remember your password and cannot access your account), you can send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to destek@fabulery.com. Your request will be processed within 30 days at the latest.
Data Retention Period
Account deletion takes effect immediately. Deleted data is permanently removed from the Firebase infrastructure. Data in backup systems is automatically purged within 30 days at the latest.
