By using the Fabulery application ("the App") you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Description of the Service
Fabulery is a mobile educational app for learning foreign languages through Aesop's fables. The App offers interactive story reading, a karaoke mode, various exercises and word games.
2. Account Creation
- You can sign in to the App with a Google account, with email/password, or as a guest (anonymous).
- Guest accounts are tied to your device; if device data is wiped or you change devices, guest progress may be lost. To protect your progress, we recommend linking your account to Google or an email address.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out with your account.
3. Rules of Use
When using the App you must follow these rules:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the App.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Do not copy, distribute or commercially exploit content from the App without permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — stories, images, audio files, translations, software code, designs and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to EvoGame. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Aesop's fables are in the public domain, but the adaptations, translations and arrangements in the App are subject to copyright.
- Images, audio and other media assets may not be used without permission.
5. Free Use and Virtual Items
Fabulery is currently offered free of charge. Paid features or subscription models may be added in the future, in which case users will be informed in advance.
- Virtual items in the App (gold, gems, feathers etc.) have no real-world monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred or sold.
- Virtual items are provided under a limited licence for use inside the App only; when your account is deleted, your virtual items are permanently deleted as well.
- We reserve the right to adjust virtual item balances and reward amounts for game-balancing purposes.
6. Content Updates
We reserve the right to update, add or remove App content (stories, exercises, word databases etc.) without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is", without any warranty.
- We are not liable for damages arising from technical problems, data loss or service interruptions.
- The App is not a substitute for professional language education; it should be used as a supporting tool only.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior warning.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you inside the app. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
