The Two Frogs
One hot summer a small pond dried up. Two frogs looked for a new home. They walked together through the green grass. On the way they found a deep well. The first frog looked down with joy. "There is water down there!" she shouted. "Let us jump in right now!" she said.
The second frog was wise and thought. "Not so fast, my friend," she said. "This water can dry up too!" she said. "And the walls are very high," she added. The hasty frog did not listen and jumped. She was stuck in the deep well.
The wise frog went to a stream. She lived there in safety. The hasty frog understood her mistake too late.
Think about the end before the start.
Look before you leap.
