The Roosters and the Partridge
On a green farm live two quarrelsome cocks. The farmer buys a lovely partridge from the market. He leaves the partridge in the coop of the cocks.
The cocks attack the strange partridge at once. The little partridge draws back into a corner in fear. She cries sadly because she is a stranger.
After a while the two cocks begin to fight. They start to peck each other harshly. The partridge watches the fight of the cocks in surprise.
The partridge is no longer sad about her own state. "Onlar kendi aralarında bile dövüşüyor," der. The partridge calmly begins to eat her food.
Whoever is not at peace with himself gets along with no one.
