The Priest and the Lion

Once upon a time, at the edge of an old forest where cool waters flowed, lived an old priest. This wise priest played a large drum that brought joyful tunes wherever he went. One day, he started walking along a path toward the deep forest to go to the neighboring village. The inside of the forest was quiet, and the shadows of the trees were quite dark and mysterious. The priest continued to move forward in peace, listening to the bird sounds along the way.

As the sun was slowly setting, a huge lion suddenly emerged from among the bushes. Showing its sharp teeth, the lion approached the priest with slow and dangerous steps. The old priest trembled with fear, but found nowhere to run away. To himself he whispered, "Now I must be calm and find a solution." Just as the predatory animal leaped onto the large rock above him and prepared to roar, a wonderful idea came to the priest's mind. He immediately took the large drum hanging on his shoulder and began to beat it forcefully.

The powerful drum sound echoed in the forest, ringing among the giant trees. This noise coming out as "Boom, boom, boom!" created a great echo in the depths of the forest. Having never heard such a terrifying sound in its life, the lion froze. The wild animal about to roar stepped back in great astonishment. As the rhythm of the drum increased, the lion turned back in panic and began to run away quickly.

Using his mind and courage, the old priest escaped the dangerous lion unharmed. Taking a deep breath, he continued safely on his way. In difficult times, wisdom and courage are superior to even the greatest weapon. Wisdom lies in the head, not in age.
