The Poor Man Catching Insects
A poor man was making a living by catching harmless grasshoppers in fields and bushes and selling them in the market. One day he saw a black and big creature under a dense leaf and, thinking it was a big grasshopper too, immediately reached out his hand. It was a scorpion under the leaf; the scorpion raised its poisonous sting and said "Do not touch me! Or I will sting and kill you, then you won't even be able to sell the grasshoppers you caught." Looking carefully, the man noticed the scorpion, pulled his hand back, and saved his life.
Carelessly reaching out to dangerous things while chasing harmless objects and opportunities can cost a person their life. Carelessness and haste prevent distinguishing between danger and gain. Not every visible opportunity is innocent; it may harbor poisonous stings behind it. It is essential to keep your eyes open while doing business and notice dangers.
Careless approach confuses the harmless with the dangerous. Carelessness invites danger. Not every opportunity is innocent. Haste blinds the eye.
Noticing the poisonous sting saves life. Being careful is safety. Do not lose your life while seeking gain.
