The North Wind and the Sun
The North Wind and the Sun argued about strength. They saw a man in a warm coat. "Take off his coat and win!" they said. First the North Wind blew very hard. He blew cold and angry air.
But the man held his coat tight. He closed all the buttons carefully. The North Wind got tired and stopped. Then the Sun came out of the clouds. He sent warm light to the ground.
Soon the air was very warm. The walking man felt hot and tired. He opened his coat buttons. A little later he took off his coat. The Sun smiled and won the game.
They learned: kindness wins, force does not.
You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
