The Monkey and the Dolphin
One day a big ship sailed on the blue sea. A funny monkey was on the ship too. Suddenly a big storm came and the ship sank.
A kind dolphin saw the monkey and took him for a man. The dolphin took the monkey on his back and swam to the shore. On the way the dolphin and the monkey talked.
The dolphin asked about the city of Athens. The monkey wanted to look very clever and lied. "Yes, Athens is my best friend," said the monkey.
The dolphin was very surprised and got angry. He understood at once: the monkey was a liar. The dolphin did not want to help this liar. He dropped him into the cool water of the sea. The dolphin swam away fast and left the monkey alone. And the monkey was very sorry about his lie.
Liars always lose in the end. Truth will always come to light.
