The Lion and the Wild Donkey
A lion and a wild donkey decided to go hunting together and combine their strength. When obtaining a large booty at the end of the hunt, the wild donkey divided the prey into three equal parts. The lion pulled the first share in front of him and said "This first share is mine because it is my royal right." The lion pulled the second share in front of him too and said "This second share is mine because I worked equally with you in hunt; if you touch the third share disaster awaits you."
Faced with this tyranny of the lion, the wild donkey quietly walked away from there to save his life without receiving anything. Cruel and powerful ones do not observe justice and equality when establishing partnerships with those weaker than themselves. In partnerships made with the strong, the weak side is always condemned to be crushed and lose their right. Establishing a partnership with those whose wrist is strong but whose conscience is weak is a great mistake.
One who partners with the strong cannot get a fair share. Partnership with the cruel brings loss. The justice of the strong is their own interest. The weak partner is always crushed.
A partnership is not established with the unequal. Power should not precede conscience. No share remains beside the tyrant.
