The Incompetent Doctor

An incompetent doctor who thought himself an expert visited a severely ill patient every day for treatment. The doctor constantly gave false hopes to the patient's relatives saying "Do not fear, the situation is improving, he will recover tomorrow." However, due to the doctor's inadequate treatment, the patient lost his life within a few days. While the patient's relatives shed tears at the funeral ceremony, the incompetent doctor began speaking at the head of the grave.

The doctor said "If the deceased had stopped eating heavy meals and paid attention to his diet, he would be living among us today." One of the relatives reacted to the doctor saying "What use is giving advice after it is too late? You should have said this while he was alive."
