The Hares and the Frogs
Long ago sweet hares lived in a big forest. These hares were afraid of everything. The wind blew and they hid behind the bushes. They were very tired of fear and very sad. One day the hares decided to visit the lake.
They all ran quickly to the water together. Small frogs sat at the edge of the lake. The frogs heard the hares and felt great fear. In panic all the frogs jumped in and disappeared. The old hare saw this and stopped suddenly.
He turned to his friends and smiled happily. "Others are more afraid than us," he said. The hares forgot their fear and went home happy. Everyone has different fears and troubles in life. There is always something worse in the world.
