The Frogs and the Sun
When the news that the Sun was getting married soon spread through the forest, all the animals began preparing for the wedding and rejoicing. While all living beings were celebrating joyfully, the frogs living in the marsh fell into great anxiety and fear. A wise frog asked the animals shouting with joy "Why are you rejoicing and celebrating in vain?" The frog said "Now even a single Sun dries up our marsh in summer and finishes the water, what will we do if he has children?"
If the Sun married and new children were born, the scorching heat would multiply and all water sources would dry up and vanish. When the animals heard the frog's logical warning, they stopped celebrating thoughtlessly and realized the future danger. Instead of getting caught up in the superficial joy of an event, one must evaluate with wisdom the results it will produce in the future. Celebrations carried out without thinking of the end prevent seeing the approaching disaster.
One must think of the end of events and take precautions. Thoughtless joy brings danger. One who foresees the future escapes anxiety. One who thinks of the end becomes wise.
A single trouble multiplies when mated. Precaution prevents anxiety. The wise creature senses danger.
