The Dog Bite and the Wrong Cure
One day an old man walked quietly. Suddenly an angry dog bit his leg. The man was afraid and his leg began to hurt. The dog ran away very fast.
A neighbour saw this and came closer. The neighbour gave him a strange idea. "Feed the dog bread and your leg will heal!" The neighbour believed this trick was medicine. The man listened and prepared the bread.
At that moment a wise man passed. The wise man saw this and laughed. "Feed bad dogs and all dogs bite you!" The man understood his mistake and threw the bread.
We must never reward bad behaviour. No good deed goes unpunished.
